Our 30-Day Refund Policy
We aim to deliver quality every time, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of product delivery so we can help you obtain a free reprint or a refund.
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for incorrect size/color selections or change of mind.
Refund Requirements:
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Clear, well-lit photos showing any defects or damage are required
- For print quality issues: Photo must show the entire design on a flat surface
- For damaged items: Photos must show both packaging and product damage
Contact info@wildrabbithome.com immediately upon discovering any issues with your order.
Note: As we work with external print providers, photo documentation is necessary to process your refund or replacement.
