Our 30-Day Refund Policy

We aim to deliver quality every time, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of product delivery so we can help you obtain a free reprint or a refund.

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color selections or change of mind. Damaged or defective items may be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photos for a free reprint or refund.

Refund Requirements:

• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• Clear, well-lit photos showing any defects or damage are required
• For print quality issues: Photo must show the entire design on a flat surface
• For damaged items: Photos must show both packaging and product damage

Note: As we work with external print providers, photo documentation is necessary to process your refund or replacement.
