How are your personalized pieces made?
Each piece is made to order after you place it, by our production partners in the U.S. Making to order means no overstock sitting in a warehouse and no minimum order. Every piece is checked before it ships.
How long until my order arrives?
Production takes up to 4 business days. Shipping takes 4 to 10 business days after that, but is often less, and depends on where you live. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you always know its status.
What are your products made of?
- Serving boards: acacia wood with a removable natural slate insert, engraved with your design and personalization.
- Welcome mats: grade-A tufted coconut coir, with the design printed in deep charcoal and a black vinyl backing that keeps the mat in place.
- Candles: 100% natural soy wax, a cotton wick, a glass container, and a bamboo lid engraved with your design and words.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at info@wildrabbithome.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem, and we'll replace or refund it. Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a typo in the personalization, so please check your spelling before checkout. Can I change my order after placing it?
Email us right away at info@wildrabbithome.com. Our partners are located across the U.S. and begin work on your order as soon as they receive your order. We can make changes before production begins, but Once your piece is in production, the design can't be changed.
How do I care for my serving board?
For slate/acacia boards, remove the slate insert, hand wash both parts, and dry immediately. Oil the wood and slate now and then with food-grade mineral oil.
How do I care for my welcome mat?
Shake or sweep your mat clean and keep it in a covered spot. Coir is a natural fiber and lasts longest when it stays clean and dry.
