We craft each piece with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color selections or change of mind.

Refund Eligibility

• Damaged or defective items received
• Must notify us within 30 days of delivery
• Clear photos of the issue required

Not Eligible

• Size or color selection errors
• Design changes or changed preferences
• Incorrect orders (e.g., a typo or misspelling when the order was placed)

Documentation Needed

For quality issues, please provide:

• Well-lit photos showing the problem
• Images of both product and packaging if damaged
• Original packaging retained
